Hone holds an A+ BBB rating as an accredited business, with 121 complaints over three years and 62 closed in the last twelve months — and critically, 85 of those 121 are recorded as answered. Trustpilot sits at 4.8 across more than 10,000 reviews. A company that answers most of its complaints is a materially different proposition from several providers we have reviewed this month that answer none.

Prices are Hone's published figures as at 6 August 2026. Every medication figure is quoted as '+ membership', so read them additively: compounded liraglutide at $160/mo on a Premium membership is $315/mo before you count the $65 entry panel. That is the number to compare against other providers, not $160. Note also what is absent — Hone's weight-loss menu contains no semaglutide and no tirzepatide. Its only GLP-1 is compounded liraglutide, an older, daily-injection agent. Pricing for TRT, women's HRT, ED, hair loss and the longevity injectables is not published and is quoted after your consult, which is the least transparent part of the model.

FDA-Approved, Off-Label or Compounded?

Hone's catalogue mixes FDA-approved generics with compounded preparations, and the distinction matters for what you are getting. Naltrexone, bupropion, phentermine and topiramate are all FDA-approved drugs. Phentermine and topiramate are approved together as Qsymia and naltrexone with bupropion as Contrave; prescribed individually for weight loss, topiramate and naltrexone are off-label uses — well-established, but off-label.

Compounded liraglutide and sermorelin are compounded preparations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or manufacturing quality.
