TrimRx is a telehealth weight-loss provider based in San Diego. You complete an online intake, a licensed clinician reviews it, and if you are approved a compounded GLP-1 is shipped to your home on a recurring plan. At the time we checked, the BBB profile was mid-update: no letter grade was assigned and no complaint history was viewable.

Brand-Name or Compounded?

TrimRx sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, not the branded products. This is the central thing to understand about the price: you are not getting cheap Ozempic or cheap Zepbound. You are getting a preparation made by a compounding pharmacy that contains the same active ingredient.

Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved.
