Taurus Meds is an online men's health platform offering testosterone replacement therapy, an ED product called Taurus Charge, and peptide treatments, with hair treatment listed as coming soon. Everything runs online, with medication shipped to you after clinician approval.

The intake structure is the best thing here and worth describing precisely. For $49 you get a blood panel drawn at a LabCorp or Quest partner location, a consultation with a licensed clinician, and a prescribed plan if clinically appropriate. That is a real laboratory draw at a national reference lab — not a finger-prick kit, and not a questionnaire. For testosterone therapy, where haematocrit, PSA and baseline testosterone genuinely need measuring, requiring that at $49 is better practice than most of this market and cheaper than most of the market's optional add-ons.

Ongoing pricing is $149 per month on a six-month plan or $199 month to month. Taurus Charge, a sublingual ED product, is advertised from $12.99 per dose, with a listed price around $129.90 for a supply. Medications are described on the site as 'FDA-approved'.

The company itself is much harder to see. The BBB lists it as Taurus Medical, Inc. at 2810 N Church St # 371469, Wilmington, DE, with a file opened on 29 December 2025, and it is Not Rated for a specific and unusual stated reason: 'The Delaware address is the location of a registered agent/mail forwarding address and not the physical location for the business.' In other words, the BBB was unable to establish where the company actually operates from. Its CEO is listed as Elias Ghosn. It is not BBB accredited.

Two things to weigh. The $149 rate requires a six-month commitment, and the flexible rate is $199 — a 34% premium, so price the month-to-month figure against competitors rather than the headline. And note the $49 intake is genuinely good value if it includes a full LabCorp or Quest panel: comparable panels ordered privately often cost more than that on their own.

FDA-Approved or Compounded?

Taurus Meds describes its offering as 'FDA-approved medications' and 'FDA-approved TRT medications'. For testosterone that is plausible and unremarkable — testosterone cypionate and enanthate are FDA-approved products and Schedule III controlled substances dispensed through normal pharmacy channels.

The ED product raises a question we could not resolve from the company's own material. Taurus Charge is described as sublingual. There is no FDA-approved sublingual sildenafil or tadalafil product — approved PDE5 inhibitors come as swallowed tablets. A sublingual ED preparation is therefore almost certainly compounded, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or manufacturing quality.

That matters because a blanket 'FDA-approved medications' claim across a catalogue that includes a sublingual ED product and a peptide line is unlikely to be accurate for every item. This is not a hypothetical concern in this market — the FDA issued a warning letter to a competitor in February 2026 specifically over claims that implied FDA approval for compounded products. Before ordering, ask Taurus directly which of your prescribed products are FDA-approved and which are compounded, and get the answer in writing.

Testosterone therapy assessed on actual bloodwork is the correct standard, several competitors skip it entirely, and doing it for $49 undercuts almost everyone. On that measure alone this is a better service than its rating suggests.

What holds the rating down is how little of the company you can see. The BBB will not rate Taurus Medical, Inc. and says why: its Delaware address is a mail-forwarding box, and the physical location is unknown. Its file was opened in December 2025. No clinicians are named, no pharmacy partners are identified, no refund or cancellation policy is published, and no state list is available. For an ongoing Schedule III prescription, that is a lot of unknowns.

Two marketing claims also need correcting. Promising to 'increase your testosterone levels by 2-5x in your first month' frames supraphysiological dosing as the goal, when the actual aim of TRT is restoring a normal range — and overshooting raises real cardiovascular and haematological risks. If the lab-based intake appeals, take the $49 panel and the consultation — that part is genuinely worth the money — then think hard before committing six months. Choose the $199 month-to-month plan, pay with a disputable card, and ask in writing which of your medications are FDA-approved and how often you will be retested.
